VA Checks

No app can prove a Facebook post went up, so check a few. Here are 5 random posts from each VA's last day: open the group, look for the post, mark what you find.

Loading...

Daily Volume

How many groups this region gets each weekday (for example, keep Saturday at 50). Raising a day tops up today right away; lowering it starts the next day, so a list already in progress is never cut.

Today's Groups

For each group: open it, join if you are not in yet (answer any join questions - subdivision is a quick Google search), set its status, post your daily content, then check it off. The list rotates automatically - you will not see the same group again until the whole pool cycles.

After You Post

invited

Before You Join

When you request to join a group, Facebook usually asks a few membership questions and to agree to the group rules. You must answer every question and agree to the rules - skip them and the admin rejects you, so you never get in. Join at your own pace, up to 20 groups a day to keep your account safe.

Unjoined Facebook Groups

Open each group, request to join, answer the questions and agree to the rules, then set its status here. They are mixed across your states already.

SOP Library

Pick a playbook. Watch the video, then use the written steps as your reference.

Logging in. I'm going to go over the whole SOP process. We'll start out simply. You'll each have your own login, so your own Gmail. Make sure you have Google Chrome and that you're logged into the Google account I give you. The bookmark should already be saved, but if not, you can go to team.morecallsdigital.com. If you're signed into your Google account, all you do is click the "Sign in with Google" button, log in, and you're in the dashboard.

The tabs. As of right now you don't really have to use the Outreach tab. Most of what you do is in the Today's Groups tab. Operations and Tools you probably won't need much (Gmail, Google Search, and Search Console, which I'll remove since you won't have access yet). And then the SOP, which is this operating procedure. If you ever have questions and don't want to rewatch this video, you can look through all of this content. I try to make it as easy as possible to follow.

Today's Groups. Every time you work, go to Today's Groups. It loads all the groups to post in today. 50 is the maximum you can post per day. You click one and it opens in a new tab. You'll also be logged into Facebook on your own page. There are two things: your personal profile, which you won't ever use, and your own page, which is basically empty right now. Eventually I'll have you post there and repost some More Calls Digital content (go to the business, view profile, and give it a follow). Not key right now, just setting up for the future.

The green and red button. The green button at the top means it's the correct time to post. When it's off-hours it turns red. If it's red, I wouldn't post anything, it just doesn't make sense to.

Posting in a group. If a group is already joined (it says "Joined"), go back to the portal, hit "Good to go," and post. Open your folder (you'll each have your own) and the crew posts. Keep in mind the day up top: today is Tuesday, so open the Tuesday post and the captions. Go down the list: copy and paste the first post. If it has an extra line, leave it, Facebook removes it automatically. Then find the matching color image. This one is purple, so grab purple, drag, drop, and post. Back in the portal, check it off.

You don't have to mark "Good to go" every time, it saves automatically as you go. So if you already marked a group joined, you don't have to mark it again when it comes back around on your Today's Groups list.

More examples. The next one is also joined, so go back, "Good to go," and it's pink: paste the post, drag the pink image over, post. You can close out tabs if your computer is slow; once you've posted, there's no reason to stay in it. This next one isn't joined, so hit Join, "Good to go," post (don't forget to check it off). The next one is orange, so post the orange one, and as soon as it posts, go back and mark it. Just go down the list.

Groups that ask questions. Some groups make you answer questions before you join. "Have I read the rules? Yes." Even if it says no marketing, worst case they remove our post, which is fine. "Not for rants or drama, yes." "What subdivision do you live in?" Go to Google, paste in the city and state and type "subdivision," and do a little research. Pick one (say "Glenn Wild"), agree to the rules, and submit. Most likely you'll then see "Your request to participate is pending approval," meaning pending. We can't post in that one yet, which is fine, that happens. Go back, hit Pending, and move to the next.

Noting group size. Not necessary right now, but: we want to join as many groups as possible, and once we don't have many left to join, it helps to note each group's size. For example, Maricopa, Arizona has 25.9K members, so type "25.9K members" and save it; it saves as a note. In the future we don't really want groups under about a thousand people, it doesn't make much sense for you or the business. So we note everything. It doesn't have to be now, but if you have time you can, so later we know which groups are best. Ideally you go down the whole list to 50. (I'll also remove the part asking how many DMs you sent, it doesn't make sense, I can just check your inbox.)

Facebook comments outreach (your lead engine). When that's done, go to Facebook comments. I like to start from the bottom. On each post, first click the Likes tab, make sure you're on "All," and invite everyone who liked the post to like your page too (setting up for the future). Then look at the comments: if a thread shows "See chat," you already reached out to that person in that thread, so that's where you stop, because everything above it is new.

If a post is old (you can see "4 weeks," "1 day ago," etc.) with no new comments and no "Send message" button, skip it. Some pages don't let you message personal accounts. Otherwise, ideally hit "Move to done." On newer posts, invite everyone to like the page, then look for the "Send message" button.

Codex setup. Select everything new on the page (Command A on Mac, Control A on Windows) and copy it. At the beginning you'll set up two chats in Codex, both using your folder (Add project, use an existing folder, find and open your folder). In the first, type: "I want to use this chat for intro messages only. Read all MD files and rules." Set the model and use medium reasoning, then send, and rename it "intros." Make a second chat the same way, set it to high reasoning, but for "reply messages only," and rename it "replies." So you'll have an intros chat and a replies chat. I'll give you the folder to download.

Intros. Paste the copied commenters into the intros chat while it reads everything. It reads the intro rules, reachability, and ICP fit (including the info in the images) and tells you who's a valid send, with the reach-out message. It even notes the likely plan direction (often the Growth plan, my $299/month plan). For example, "one valid send, Pete Hall," so copy just the reach-out message and find his post. Skip anyone who posted several different businesses in a row, they probably don't own them all. When you paste the thread in, the system automatically marks that you reached out, so you never double-message anyone, that's built in. When you're done with a post, "Move to done" and go to the next.

Personalizing. When you make the selection, also include your Facebook page name and the group name. That lets Codex personalize the message, for example "pressure washing jobs around West Palm Beach right now" instead of something generic. To find the person, scroll to their name (for example Matthew Mitchell) or use Command/Control F to search it, then paste the message and hit "Send message." Extra lines don't matter, Facebook removes them. Then mark the group as done. If someone isn't invited to like the page yet, click Invite.

One more: if a post is from, say, May 25th (about a week ago), I won't reach out to anyone who commented more recently than about a day. Select all of it, copy, paste, and send. If it says "No valid sends for this batch," they're not in our ICP, which is fine, mark it done. Go through every post and send as many messages as Codex allows. The reason you can't use Codex for personal use yet is that under Settings, Usage and Billing, there's only a set allotment, so it's for business use only for now. In the future I'd raise the plan so you can use it more.

Replies (the money step). Now go to Messenger and respond to any messages you got. Scroll to the first conversation you haven't handled (skip ones you already replied to or who weren't interested). Select the whole conversation up to their name, go to the replies chat this time, and copy all of it. Paste it. The goal is to move the conversation toward a priority meeting with me so I can talk to them. That's essentially the closer: we find something we can improve in their online presence and have them book a call, which points them to the booking page. It generates the reply.

Be careful what you copy: it tells you "why this reply builds trust and moves toward Google visibility without pitching," and you do not want to copy that part, only the actual message. Copy just the message, paste it, and send. Do the same for each conversation: select all, copy, paste, wait for the response, paste it in.

At first I'd read what it generates to make sure the conversation makes sense, because we don't want to double-ask questions. It's very good at this, so I barely check anymore, but at first it helps to see what it's reading. HVAC businesses, for example, are great for us because I can provide a lot of value to them. If someone isn't really interested, still copy it and see if they'd be interested later; if Codex says there's no need to push, we don't, we don't want to annoy people, we just provide helpful service. The main goal is getting them on a call.

Wrap-up. Everything I covered is in this SOP document. You'll each have your own login, so your groups are your own. If you want to see how long you're working, hit "Start work" to run the work timer, not really needed, just personal if you want it. That's it. Hopefully this was helpful. If you have any questions, reach out anytime, I'm always available, and you can refer to this SOP document, which I'll keep updated if anything changes. Thank you so much.

Follow-Ups re-poke the people who left you on read

How it works: search the name in Messenger and open the existing chat. Check the thread first: if they ever replied to you, skip it and move on, we only re-poke people who left us on read. If the thread's clean, tap Copy, paste the message, send it, then hit Mark Sent.
Don't reply or hold a conversation, Jakob handles every reply. One follow-up per person, spaced out so the account stays safe. When you have spare time, repost Jakob's posts too.

Single-member LLC, so this is a pass-through: you are taxed on net profit, not gross. Self-employment tax is the exact statutory math - 92.35% of net profit, then 12.4% Social Security up to the wage cap plus 2.9% Medicare. Income tax then subtracts half your SE tax, the standard deduction, and QBI, and applies the effective rate you set in tax settings. Florida has no state income tax, so federal is the whole bill. It does not model other household income or credits. Planning estimate - confirm the rate with your accountant.
