These terms cover use of the More Calls Digital Team Portal (the "dashboard"). They are internal and separate from the public terms at morecallsdigital.com/terms, and they supplement, rather than replace, any contractor or employment agreement you have signed.
By signing in to the More Calls Digital Team Portal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not sign in. These terms apply to everyone who accesses the portal, including virtual assistants, outreach reps, callers, contractors, and staff.
The portal and everything in it are provided only for performing your assigned More Calls Digital work. Use it within your assigned role and region. Do not use it for personal purposes, and do not try to access data, regions, or features outside your role.
Everything in this dashboard is confidential and proprietary to More Calls Digital. This includes lead and prospect lists; names, phone numbers, emails, and websites; scripts, templates, and messaging; standard operating procedures and training videos; call logs; group lists; pricing; processes; and results. You agree to keep all of it strictly confidential, both during and after your engagement.
Do not copy, export, screenshot, download, publish, post, sell, or otherwise share any portal content or data with anyone outside More Calls Digital, and do not paste it into any outside tool or service that is not part of your assigned workflow. Never use More Calls Digital leads, contacts, scripts, SOPs, or group lists for any other business, client, or personal purpose.
Prospect and customer information is personal data. Use it only for the outreach you are assigned, handle it carefully, and do not store it on personal devices or accounts beyond what your work requires. If you become aware of any loss, leak, or unauthorized access, tell Jakob right away.
Do your outreach according to the SOP and the rules of the platforms you use, such as Facebook's group and messaging rules. Do not spam, and do not misrepresent who you are. If you make calls, follow the calling-hours and compliance rules shown in the portal. Follow all laws that apply to your work.
Log your work truthfully, including groups posted, leads, statuses, notes, and call outcomes. Do not falsify activity, metrics, or records.
Your sign-in is personal to you. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your access, and sign in only from the account More Calls Digital authorized for you. You are responsible for activity under your account.
All leads, data, content, and work product created or handled in the portal belong to More Calls Digital. You receive no ownership of them and no right to use them outside your assigned work.
Access to the portal may be granted, limited, suspended, or revoked at any time. When your engagement ends, you must stop using the portal and delete any More Calls Digital data in your possession. These terms may be updated, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
